And then comes; "The Smear Campaign"

Messages like: "Leave it alone", "Say nothing and let it pass", do not apply to the nature of the news media. In our information generation with online communities existing to keep us linked and well informed; shouldn't we all have developed a thicker skin by now? Is it reasonable to recognize that one person's action may affect another's; but not always do those actions describe the directly affected group?  We all exist to survive among the living, so why not be of good cheer all of the time? The answer generally has consensus around the testimonial "That's Life", because we are as a species not of good cheer all of the time. Changes in circumstance have a way of manifesting as deviations from the norm.  The ego can ignite contentious attitudes in the name of those unexpected deviation.

What then becomes the need to create diversion? Therefore the need for a possible daub; dressing up reality to a more attractive likeness. No more can be expected; for the ego of a man can actually become one of his weakest attributes.  Or shall the quip be related to as "no less can be expected"?
